2 women hospitalized following traffic collision in Oswego

OSWEGO, IL – Two women were brought to the hospital following a traffic collision in Oswego on Wednesday. 

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened before 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Route 34 and North Cherry Drive. 

A 44-year-old woman from Aurora and a 19-year-old from Plano, Texas, sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash. 

EMS crews transported both women to a local emergency room for treatment. 

Deputies did not specify whether the hospitalized women were drivers or passengers, nor did they confirm how many vehicles were involved. 

Deputies are working to determine the exact cause of the crash.
