Our firm represented one of three plaintiffs in consolidated matters resulting in a global settlement for all three plaintiffs of $11 million with $4,975,000 recovered for our client.

Our client was struck by an employee of an autobody repair shop near Route 53 and Boughton in Bolingbrook, Will County. Our 75-year-old client sustained a mild traumatic brain injury and a lower back injury requiring a lumbar fusion. The brain injury caused balance and vision issues resulting in multiple falls and orthopedic injuries including a broken hip and broken ankle. This case settled via mediation with the help of Ret.
