About Antonio

Antonio Arriola is an associate attorney at The Crannell Law Group who represents individuals and families injured through the negligence of others. His path to plaintiffs’ work was shaped by years spent on the opposite side of the courtroom, and that experience gives him a perspective most personal injury attorneys simply do not have.

Antonio earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Illinois State University before attending the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. He was awarded the Edward T. Lee full tuition academic scholarship upon acceptance and was selected for the Dean’s Leadership Academy. During law school, he served three semesters as a legal extern with the UIC Veterans Legal Clinic, two of those as an Advanced Extern supervising other students. He also completed an externship with the Fair Housing Legal Clinic and earned Dean’s List honors in 2021.

After law school, Antonio started his career as a workers’ compensation defense attorney. Working for the defense gave him a front-row seat to how insurance companies evaluate claims, downplay injuries, and build their litigation strategies. He learned their playbook. And when he made the decision to move to the plaintiffs’ side, he brought that knowledge with him.

The shift was driven by a straightforward belief: ordinary people deserve someone in their corner who knows how the other side thinks. Clients come to Antonio after their lives have been disrupted by an injury. They are dealing with pain, mounting bills, and the stress of not knowing what comes next. Antonio provides clarity, consistent communication, and the kind of advocacy that does not back down when things get difficult.

Antonio represents individuals throughout Illinois who have been harmed in motor vehicle collisions, trucking crashes, premises liability incidents, dog bites, dram shop violations, and other serious injury events.
