YORKVILLE, IL – Two elderly women were hurt in a vehicle crash that happened southeast of the Whitetail Ridge Golf Club on Friday.
According to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were summoned to the intersection of Route 126 and Grove Road and pulled up to the scene around 2 p.m.
Deputies found two women, ages 79 and 80, injured. EMS crews transported them both to the emergency room for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies have not specified the number of people and vehicles involved or whether they cited or arrested anyone for their involvement in the crash.
Officials are working to pinpoint the events leading to the crash.
