Driver suffers critical injuries in 1-car crash in Plano, IL

PLANO, IL – A 27-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries as the result of a single-vehicle accident that happened south of Plano on Monday.

WSPY reports that the man was driving south on Fox River Drive at about 5:50 p.m. when he lost control and hit a tree stump near the intersection with Griswold Springs Road.

Emergency responders with the Little Rock-Fox Fire Protection District rushed the man to an area hospital. He is being treated for unspecified but life-threatening injuries. We do not know his current condition.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the incident.
